Pass through the gates to the other side – a small piece of heaven on earth.

St Fiacre Distillery is set in 2.5 acres of picturesque grounds in what was formerly called ‘The Fragrant Garden’ in Erina – an iconic centre of learning for all things herbal on Central Coast of New South Wales (Australia) for the past thirty years.

It is therefore fitting that it is now named after St Fiacre; Patron Saint of Gardeners and medieval master herbalist.

Visitors come from far and wide to amble among the fragrant herbs, fruits and flowers and spot the odd garden sprite… before entering the spirit world of the distillery itself.
